  • Migrated eight legacy services to containerised environments with IaC
  • Designed serverless APIs (Lambda, API Gateway) handling 500k+ daily requests for parcel tracking and notifications
  • Built centralised logging and monitoring on CloudWatch and Grafana. MTTR from 4 hours to under 45 minutes.
  • Maintained Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for 20+ developers, cutting failed deployments by 60%

Projects

2024 – nowSupercoach LiveServerless, side project

Serverless AFL fantasy-stats platform. Automated ETL pipelines processing live match data in real time, serving 1,000+ active users during the season.

  • Serverless backend on AWS using SST and Python. Automated pipelines process live match data at sub-second latency.
  • Multiple external data sources integrated with aggregation pipelines running every 30 seconds during live games
  • React frontend with live data visualisations. Full 0-to-1 ownership from architecture through to deploy.
2026 – nowdisclaw-teamOpen source, TypeScript

A Discord-native multi-agent platform that launches Claude Code sessions as coordinated bots. Configurable roles run in parallel, chatter in channels, and schedule work via cron.

  • Orchestrates multiple Claude Code sessions as Discord bots, each with a distinct role from a 22-role library
  • Web dashboard for role assignment, session monitoring, and live coordination visible in-channel
  • Cross-model tiering (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku) and cron-scheduled autonomous task execution
Eleven years. Seven-person team. Production AWS, not demos.

Stack & tooling

AWS serverless is the daily work: Lambda, EventBridge, ECS, Step Functions, S3. TypeScript and Node primary, Python for data pipelines. Infrastructure as code with CDK, CloudFormation, and SST. CI/CD in GitLab and Jenkins. PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. Event-driven architecture as the default pattern. Currently exploring LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Bedrock) and agentic workflows.
